Mahi Mahi

All natural, chemical free with blood line removed

We source our wild Mahi-Mahi from the tropical seas of South America. After it is caught with a long line, it is brought to shore and cleaned, with special care taken to remove the blood line. The fish are then frozen to preserve their flavor using no chemicals or additives.

Mahi-Mahi is subtly sweet with a firm, flaky, and moist texture. Chefs generally grill, bake, or steam Mahi-Mahi. It is also a favorite for sushi, tempura, and tacos. Mahi-Mahi is prized for delivering a luxurious flavor at a modest price.
